At Agent Boss, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in strict compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and international security standards.

1. Data we collect
We only collect data strictly necessary to provide the service: account details (name, email), billing information for tax invoices, inputs/files you choose to upload for task execution, and temporary technical access logs for network security and defense against malicious traffic.
2. How we use data and zero training policy
Your data is used solely to process your requests, execute agents, issue invoices, and optimize user experience. We strictly guarantee: We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we never use your private data or inputs to train public AI models.
3. Security and tenant isolation
We enforce strict cloud security standards, including full end-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), combined with rigorous multi-tenant data isolation ensuring no user can ever access another account's data.
4. Data retention and deletion
Run outputs and history are stored for 30 days by default so you can inspect and download them, after which they are automatically pruned unless pinned permanently. You can delete any output instantly at any time. Financial and tax records are retained as mandated by ZATCA regulations.
5. Your statutory rights (PDPL)
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to: access your personal data, request a copy, rectify inaccurate data, request full deletion, and withdraw processing consent. Requests can be executed directly from your account settings or via support.
6. Service providers and infrastructure
We partner with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and licensed national/international payment gateways (such as Moyasar and Tap) compliant with global payment security standards (PCI-DSS). All partners are bound by strict data protection agreements.
7. Cookies and tracking
We only use essential session cookies for authentication security and intelligent bot verification. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers or sell your activity to third-party ad networks.
