These terms govern your use of the Agent Boss platform (for individuals and businesses). Our goal is to provide a reliable, fair, and transparent AI service without unnecessary legal complexity or hidden clauses.

1. Service nature and scope
Agent Boss enables users (individuals, companies, and freelancers) to run specialized AI agents for automated tasks. Each run is an independent task billed fairly based on actual cloud computing usage. The service provides assistive digital intelligence adhering to high operational standards.
2. Account and eligibility
Registration is open to legally eligible individuals and entities. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Credits, pricing, and minimum top-up
The platform operates on a transparent Pay-As-You-Go prepaid credit system. The minimum top-up is 30 SAR. Deductions reflect actual compute consumption without arbitrary fixed per-run surcharges. All prices include 15% VAT and an official tax invoice is issued for every purchase.
4. Intellectual property and output ownership
You retain sole ownership of all inputs and documents you upload, and you hold full, unrestricted commercial ownership rights over the outputs generated by your agent runs. You may use, publish, or sell outputs freely. The platform retains ownership of its trademark, software, and underlying agent code.
5. Account sustainability and model reuse
The platform allows users to save, customize, and reuse agent workflows and templates. Purchased credits remain valid in your account for a full 365 days (renewed with any account activity), and you can pin critical outputs to prevent automatic cleanup.
6. Limitation of liability
While we strive for high accuracy and uptime, AI outputs are generated automatically and require human verification for critical legal, medical, or financial decisions. The platform's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer during the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination and updates
You may close your account and request data deletion at any time. The platform may suspend accounts that explicitly violate our acceptable use policy. Any updates to these terms will be communicated reasonably via the dashboard.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the E-Commerce Law and Electronic Transactions Law). Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
