This policy ensures a safe, reliable, and lawful operating environment for all users and protects the platform from abusive or illegal exploitation under Saudi law.

1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the platform or its agents for any activities that violate applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including: copyright and intellectual property infringement, financial fraud, or running deceptive or unlicensed professional operations.
2. Prohibited content generation
Generating or processing any of the following is strictly prohibited: hate speech, violence incitement, sexually explicit material, impersonating official authorities, authoring malware or exploit tools, or exploiting minors or violating individual privacy.
3. Platform integrity and fair use
Attempting to disrupt platform servers, bypass rate limits, perform unauthorized penetration testing, or extract proprietary system prompts and agent instructions owned by the platform is prohibited.
4. API and programmatic access
Automated and programmatic integration is welcome through your account's official API keys. Usage must stay within plan quotas, and direct unauthorized resale of API keys to unidentified third parties without mutual licensing is prohibited.
5. Enforcement and remedies
Upon detecting violations, the platform reviews the activity and halts the infringing run. In minor cases, users are notified to correct their workflow. For deliberate or severe violations, the platform reserves the right to terminate access in accordance with legal procedures.
