Agent Boss Terms of Use and Service

These terms form a binding agreement between the customer or user and legal operator Alayna Electronic Services Office when a service order is accepted or a private account is used. A service order controls to the extent of a conflict.
01

Parties and acceptance

The operator is Alayna Electronic Services Office, Saudi Ministry of Commerce permit 7032383478, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A person accepting for an organization represents that they may bind it. Public browsing alone does not create a paid subscription.

02

Service and service order

The service is offered by invitation during private launch. The service order states the plan, price, term, start date, scope, support, and data processing. Capabilities labeled Technical preview or Launching are not service commitments.

03

Accounts and permissions

The customer must keep account information accurate, protect sign-in methods, manage workspace members and roles, and promptly notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared or used to bypass limits.

04

Acceptable use and human oversight

Unlawful or harmful use, attempts to bypass isolation or permissions, malware, and infringement are prohibited. The customer is responsible for human review and approvals and must not rely on agents alone for high-impact legal, medical, financial, employment, or similar decisions.

05

Customer Data and Content

The customer retains rights in Customer Content and grants the operator a limited license to process it to provide, protect, and support the service. The customer must have the lawful authority and notices needed to submit data. The service order or data-processing addendum defines roles, processors, transfers, retention, and deletion before activation.

06

Fees, tax, and payment

The pricing page shows Starter before and after VAT. The operator issues a service order and invoice, and payment is prepaid before activation. No unpaid overage, charge, or SLA is created unless stated in the service order. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain where applicable.

07

Intellectual property

The platform, software, design, templates, managed instructions, and related rights remain with the operator or licensors. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the term and may not copy, reverse engineer, or remove notices except as permitted by law.

08

Providers and external links

Parts of the service rely on third-party infrastructure, models, or protection services. This does not expand their rights over Customer Content beyond the policy and service order, and their outages may affect the service. An external integration is available only when the account marks it available.

09

Support and availability

The official support channel is support@wdeftksa.com in Arabic and English. No uptime, response-time, or SLA commitment exists unless expressly included in the service order. Access may be maintained, restricted, or suspended as reasonably needed for security and maintenance.

10

Confidentiality

Each party protects non-public information received from the other and uses it only for the relationship, disclosing it only to persons who need it and must protect it or when law requires. Public, independently developed, or lawfully third-party information is excluded.

11

Warranties and output limits

The service is provided within the agreed scope and with reasonable professional care, but model output may be inaccurate or incomplete and requires human review. The operator does not guarantee a business outcome or uninterrupted operation; mandatory warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

12

Liability

Neither party limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Except for fraud, gross negligence, confidentiality or data-protection breach, and payment obligations, the operator's aggregate service liability is limited to fees paid or payable for the twelve months before the event; lost profit and indirect loss are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

13

Term, suspension, and termination

The service order sets the subscription term. Access may be suspended for non-payment, a security risk, or material breach, with notice where practicable. Either party may terminate for an uncured material breach within the notice period; termination, return, and deletion effects follow the service order and mandatory law.

14

Law and contact

Saudi Arabian law governs these terms and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Legal and support notices go to support@wdeftksa.com. Future changes apply after the published version and effective date and do not reduce an accrued right.
